how times flies

a picture of Heather, my favorite baby from TLC, now 2 years old!!! she has grown so much, and i really can't believe it. in my mind, she is still the little baby, as old as when i last saw her. it brings great joy to my heart to see her so happy with her "forever family". but i am also sad, because i do not know the little girl she has grown up to be, and will continue to become. at one point in my life, while i was at TLC, i was her mother and i loved her with all of my heart, as much as i knew how. now i don't know her, and she doesn't know me. kind of makes my heart break.
