today we had christmas, as alison is hopping in the bus to saskatoon tonight, and clarke is leaving on christmas day (he has to work tomorrow and christmas day). it was a fun time, eating all day (of course) and playing and just enjoying each other.
amy and i had to go to the dress rehearsal at church for our christmas eve program - we think it will be a hit!
presents are always fun - you can't deny it! even though Jesus is the Reason for the Season - presents are still a big part of it! i got the game Catch Phrase, a new journal, some cake decorating tools, the new Josh Groban CD, and the set of the "Shopaholic" books by Sophie Kinsella. and of course the standard ketchup chips and orange crush drink on my christmas plate! oh and salted cashews (my favorite!).
